About Kendericks
Our Story
Kendericks was founded in 2004 by two students at Ross School of Business and Columbia's Graduate School of Business. The business was designed to meet one simple need: Help students save money on the professional products that will support their career following graduate school. Since 2004 we have partnered with some of the leading US manufacturers of professional products and we continue to look for new opportunities to meet the needs of graduate and undergraduates students pursuing a professional career. Professional Products at Student Prices
Kendericks is a specialty retailer of professional products to graduate and undergraduate students in the US. Through our partnerships with Tumi, Inc., Allen Edmonds, Sony, Bulova, Jos. A. Bank, Brooks Brothers, TaylorMade and Alexander West, we are able to offer their leading lines of professional products at 'introductory prices'; prices that are only available through Kendericks. The concept behind this program is simple; introduce the top professional brands to the business and professional leaders of tomorrow.
Eligibility
Kendericks is available exclusively to currently enrolled students at accredited universities in the US. Access to this site is restricted and all users must register with Kendericks.com. Please note that account and order information is sent to the .edu email address provided. Registration through Kendericks.com will not be processed without a valid .edu email address.
Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are available on all Tumi Inc., Allen Edmonds, Bulova, Sony, Alexander West and TaylorMade products. Refunds and exchanges are process free of charge but return shipping may apply. All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping
All products ship directly from the manufacturer and include the original manufacturer's warranty. As a result, some products may ship separately. Shipping charges do apply and are calculated at checkout. Shipping on most products generally takes between 4 - 7 business days.
